court denies Badeh's bails application

Today the federal high court in abuja denies the bail application filed by former chief of defence staff,  Alex Badeh, Alex is being detained by the EFCC over allegation of diverty N3.9billolion  Nigeria airforce fund when he was in office. He was arrested by EFCC  operative on Feb 8th and will be arranged on march 7th.
